Excellent sushi grade fish can be found at St. Lawrence market, where I primarily buy my raw salmon and raw tuna cuts when making sushi at home.
I needed to buy some fresh fish in order to prepare a Sushi feast for my friends in Mississauga.
My buddy and I went to the St. Lawrence Market in Toronto to purchase the fish from Domenic's Fish Market which is a great place for Sushi Grade fish.
They also sell Unagi, Squid and other popular Sushi related products.
