What a fantastic city! I doubt there is any place on earth being able to beat Tokyo on the grounds of entertainment. It takes a lot of effort trying to entertain 34 million people in one city. During my stay I managed to collect quite some tips for other people interested coming to Tokyo.

Nothing is more entertaining than visiting a crazy Parapara party during the weekend. SEF Roppongi is on of the ultimate Para parties in Japan. I met many famous para dancers namely; Rena, Mana, Ryuichi and others. Dancing goes on the entire night while they switch the music often from Eurobeat to Hyper Techno. It is always an intense experience and everybody ends up sweating their butts off. SEF is usually helds at A-Life nightclub from 19:00 ~ 23:00. Nothing beats my first Parapara experience back in 2007 at B-1 Dynamite, that must have been one of the most awkward parties in my life but ended up growing on me.

On a funny side note:

Parapara has seen many videogame attemptions but the new Dance Masters Evolution seems to have everything necessary to enjoy a good routine. It will be available on the XBOX360 in conjunction with Kinetic motion detection. I found a secret song routine on youtube.

Another party night in Tokyo. Tonight we went club and bar hopping from Shinjuku to Roppongi (Foreigner district) for some Filipino Karaoke, Shabu Shabu, some gay bar and the good club area on Roppongi Street. Great memories came back when we entered 911, Gaspanic and Club Flower.

It was also Halloween thus all clubs throughout the district spiced up their decor with pumpkins, creepy villains and spider webs. One of the highlights was the dinner on top of a major Shinjuku office building with fantastic view over Shinjuku and Meiji Park.
