After visiting Sensation Black 2006 I figured why not attend Dance Valley 2006 as well. My Canadian friend Paul and I got ourselves some tickets and took the pedalbus from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station to the Dance Valley premises in Spaarnwoude which was luckily close to my parents place. Dance Valley was an amazing event unlike Sensation this was an outdoor event. The weather was amazing, no clouds in the sky, just pure sunshine and good beats. There were a lot of part tents, namely: Hardstyle, Loveland, Circoloco, Psytrance and Techno. They even had a full blown vert pipe, I wish I had brought my skates especially since my idol vert skaters were present; Eito Yasutoko, Taig Kris and my favorite Takeshi Yasutoko. These guys are miracles in a halfpipe, 1080 spins, viking flips, insane grinds, you name it.

The DJ highlights were definitely Armin van Buuren and Ferry Corsten. I met up with my friend Marcel who luckily had wristbands to the VIP booth in front of the main stage where Armin van Buuren was spinning. Unfortunately there weren't any more wristbands available so I had to sneak my way up when the guard wasn't paying attention. I made a great video of the view of the stage once I got upstairs.

Dance Valley 2010 is one the biggest music festivals in the world, what more can I say. It is an gigantic outdoor/indoor event held at Spaarnwoude, Netherlands in Europe. If you haven't been you are truly missing out, it's absolutely one of the best parties in a lifetime.

The 2010 edition had more than 21 stages with various amounts of music from funk/electro to hardstyle and trance. Great DJ's names were well represented as: Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox, etc. Unfortunately it was quite rainy during the event but luckily my brother and I were wearing full jumpsuit rainsuits. The weather at the Dance Valley 2006 was definitely better, hopefully it will can be like that next year.... pray to the weather god.

One of the most eagerly anticipated dance events of 2010, Dance Valley, will take place this year on August 7th in Spaarnwoude, Holland. Dance lovers from all over are getting ready tickets for this world famous dance festival went on sale Monday 1st of February.
