Cooking Indonesian Cuisine Is One Of My Specialties Especially Bami
Cooking delicious unique food is my obsession in particular Indonesian food such as Bami goreng and Nasi Goreng topped with Sambal hot sauce.
I have an obsession with food, delicious unique food to be exact.
I really enjoy cooking for my friends so I organized a new event with my friends called 'Mopilicious' where I cook up a foreign dish to test everyone's taste buds and see if it is an acceptable dish for future dinners.
During the first edition I made Bami Goreng which is a traditional Indonesian dish but I added a Dutch twist to the mix.
Bami Goreng has lots of ingredients; Mie (noodles), sambal, leek, onion, carrot, red pepper, green pepper, eggs, ginger, coriander, chicken, ham, special herbs, roasted coconut bits, goreng mix, peanutsauce and shrimp chips.
My friend Sonia also had an anniversary party for her Hair Salon 'Evolve' at Nyood Lounge on Queen West. The hair fashion show can be seen in the video.
